We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Security Solutions Architect to join our team at Cloudflare, Inc.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing defensible network architectures, security platforms and automation, assisting in secure tool and product development, and establishing security standards and guidelines across the enterprise.

Job Description
  • Lead projects to implement secure enterprise systems and identify issues that could compromise data integrity or security.
  • Develop security policies, procedures, and guidelines and recommend necessary changes to ensure the company's systems are compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements and privacy laws.
  • Lead security-related projects from inception to successful completion and coach technology staff on appropriate security protocols.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in IT/Security, with 5 years as a security architect (Required).
  • Ability to align business, engineering, IT, and security processes, and to implement solutions to complex objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of network and security elements.
  • Experience with Zero Trust and NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
  • Experience in cloud computing technologies, including software-, infrastructure- and platform-as-a-service.
  • Extensive knowledge of security controls and technologies.
  • Understanding of network security principles and best practices.
  • Experience in designing and managing secure network architectures.
  • Experience in security reviews and risk management planning.
  • Understanding of database security concepts and practices.
