Job Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing all aspects of talent acquisition, including sourcing, selecting, and hiring top external talent. You will work closely with our team of sourcing specialists to develop innovative talent strategies and execute on determined plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Talent Acquisition Partner for the Canadian Business Banking portfolio, providing expert advice on talent market trends and gaps.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders and HR to understand current and future talent needs.
  • Analyze and leverage recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing strategies and drive recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of recruitment experience.
  2. Strong client relationship management skills.
  3. Prior experience with applicant tracking systems.
