Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wireless Store Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to sales representatives to improve their skills and product knowledge
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalations in a timely manner
  • Oversee inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover
  • Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses and labor costs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management
  • Strong knowledge of wireless and mobile devices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
