We are seeking a skilled Pizza Maker to join our team at Panago Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring the highest quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas and other menu items to meet customer expectations and maintain our high standards.
- Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including helpers, to ensure seamless kitchen operations and maintain a positive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ordering as needed to ensure continuous kitchen operations.
- Sanitation and Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, enforcing strict sanitation and safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Regularly inspect prepared dishes and food to ensure they meet our quality standards, making adjustments as needed to maintain our reputation for excellence.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen environment
- English language proficiency
- Physical ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
