Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at 7 Kings Investment Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the project is completed efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure the quality of work meets our high standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff and contractors.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to their satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a keen eye for detail.
