School Bus Driver Position

About the Role
As a School Bus Driver with First Student Canada, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of students to and from school. Our team of professional drivers is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our students and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus, providing support and guidance as needed
- Work collaboratively with other drivers and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Valid driver's license for at least 1 year
- At least 21 years old
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to undergo and pass a Ministry prescribed medical examination and background checks
