About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Equipment Technician to join our team at Young's Equipment Inc. in Raymore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their farm equipment is in top working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record all work performed
  • Repair, service, or assemble all types of farm machinery
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • Journeyman status in Agricultural Equipment Technician or equivalent training and experience
  • Proficiency with all tools of the trade, including electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, engine, power-train, and air conditioning for all types of farm machinery
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
  • Must work overtime and weekends as scheduled and requested
