Renovation Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Craftsman to join our team at Dezire Renovations Inc. as a Renovation Helper.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with a guaranteed minimum of $45,000 per year (approximately $43.27 per hour based on 35-44 hours worked per week).

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure. As a team player, you will be expected to work collaboratively with our experienced staff to ensure seamless execution of renovation projects.

Your duties will include loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, and assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs. Additionally, you will clean and pile salvaged materials, perform routine maintenance work, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.

You will be working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, often in noisy and dusty environments. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 23 kg or 50 lbs). You will need to wear steel-toed safety boots and follow all necessary health and safety protocols.
