Job Summary:

Syneos Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead clinical research programs and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), regulatory requirements, and company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinical research programs as a Project Manager, overseeing interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with GCPs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Syneos Health and customers to ensure project launch, conduct, and closeout according to contractual agreements.
  • Lead clinical teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management.
  • Accountable for the financial performance of assigned projects and all project deliverables.
  • Coordinate activities and deliverables of project conduct partners and proactively identify and manage issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, drug development process, and clinical monitoring procedures.
  • Clinical research organization (CRO) and relevant therapeutic experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage time and work independently, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to mentor and manage new staff and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).
