About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager with Business Analysis skills to drive the development and evolution of our state-of-the-art loan platform.

Job Description

This hybrid role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on business analysis, requiring strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring products meet market demands and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the design and development teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future improvements.
  • Advocate for the end user, ensuring all features and functionalities enhance the overall user experience.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience creating and maintaining detailed product roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modeling and use case development.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies (e.g., APIs, databases, cloud platforms).
