We are seeking a skilled Construction Installation Specialist to join our team at DEGREE HVAC AND CONSTRUCTION. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality results that meet the needs of our clients.

The Role


This is a permanent full-time position with an estimated salary range of $45,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 30 to 40 hours per week and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.



Key Responsibilities



  • Install exterior and interior prefabricated products, adhering to blueprints, drawings, and specifications;
  • Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring they meet quality standards;
  • Determine layout and installation procedures, considering client requirements and safety regulations;
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders, accurately tracking project progress;
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Loading and unloading trucks with supplies and equipment, maintaining a safe working environment;
  • Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success;
  • Utilize hand and power tools, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines;
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, guaranteeing a secure workspace.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction or a related field;
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with preference given to those with post-secondary education or training;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications;
  • Punctuality, accuracy, and reliability, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities;
  • Client focus, dependability, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment;
