About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Dairy Queen Main Street. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including stocking refrigerators and salad bars, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or customer-facing role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to lift, carry, and move objects up to 25 pounds.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
