We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Customer Success department's Onboarding and Implementation efforts.
The ideal candidate will oversee the team responsible for delivering exceptional onboarding experiences to high-value customers, leveraging their expertise to drive innovation and excellence in implementation processes.
As a strategic leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and maximize customer adoption rates. Your ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction will be crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the Onboarding and Implementation team
- Development and execution of strategic plans to enhance customer onboarding experiences
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Leadership and coaching of team members to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Innovative thinking and experimentation to advance implementation processes and customer outcomes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 2+ years as a manager of managers
- Proven track record of leading teams responsible for Enterprise Customer Success, Professional Services, and/or Implementation
- Strong experience building out implementation functions and processes
- Experience working closely with Sales organizations and leveraging CRM systems
- Passion for helping customers achieve their goals through technology
- Leadership and coaching capabilities with high standards and an obsession for doing right by customers
