We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized National Sales Coordinator to join our Affinity Sales Team. In this key role, you will provide essential administrative and sales support, working closely with our team and advisors to drive business development and sales growth.
About the Job
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate Salesforce CRM records, processing invoices, managing expenses, and handling general inquiries and communication.
- Supporting new hires with onboarding and coordinating travel logistics, promotional items, and other operational tasks.
- Managing CE credit processes, tracking promotional campaigns, collaborating with Marketing to send targeted emails, hosting virtual seminars, and enhancing the Affinity Elite Advisor experience.
- Conducting inside sales reporting, managing recognition and activity reports, distributing sales reports, and collaborating with Business Analytics for data manipulation and reporting needs.
- Planning and executing logistics for meetings/events, managing presentations and follow-ups, distributing marketing materials, and organizing promotional activities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Occasional travel for training, meetings, and events.
- Proficiency with digital tools like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships at all levels.
