About the Job

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate Salesforce CRM records, processing invoices, managing expenses, and handling general inquiries and communication.
  • Supporting new hires with onboarding and coordinating travel logistics, promotional items, and other operational tasks.
  • Managing CE credit processes, tracking promotional campaigns, collaborating with Marketing to send targeted emails, hosting virtual seminars, and enhancing the Affinity Elite Advisor experience.
  • Conducting inside sales reporting, managing recognition and activity reports, distributing sales reports, and collaborating with Business Analytics for data manipulation and reporting needs.
  • Planning and executing logistics for meetings/events, managing presentations and follow-ups, distributing marketing materials, and organizing promotional activities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Occasional travel for training, meetings, and events.
  • Proficiency with digital tools like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships at all levels.
