Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our restaurant operations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and lead a team of employees to achieve our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
• Assist with the execution of daily operations, including managing cash handling, inventory, and quality control.
• Work closely with the Restaurant Management team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Participate in the development and implementation of strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Management team to maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions.
