Probate Lawyer Advisor

We require an experienced trust and estate attorney to join our team at The HR Pro. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in estate administration, probate matters, and succession planning, with a focus on providing strategic legal advice to clients on complex estate issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and advise on estate plans, powers of attorney, and wills.
  • Counsel clients on succession planning, including trusts, wills, and asset distribution.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure effective estate planning strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Ontario estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • LL.B. or J.D. degree and active membership in the Law Society of Ontario (LSO).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wills, estates, and trust law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cloud-based tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
