Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional Guest Services as per Company Standard. This includes generating sales, conducting housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention in adherence to all Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to Guests
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store profitability
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Support Store Management Team in achieving business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 17
  • Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for 8 hours
