Bawason Homes Ltd is looking for a skilled Carpenter and Framer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials to build and renovate residences and industrial structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have excellent time management skills. Key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials
  • Install windows, doors, stairs, and other features
  • Maintain and repair existing structures

Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces. The work term is permanent, and the schedule will be 35 hours per week.

Requirements:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the tradePhysical ability to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneelingExcellent time management and organizational skills
