Insulation Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent-Insulation to join our team at Brock Group.

• As a Superintendent-Insulation, you will oversee construction projects involving insulation, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Responsibilities will include investigating damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, obtaining necessary permits and licenses, and preparing contracts and negotiating revisions with clients and contractors.
• You will also be responsible for requisitioning supplies and materials, taking actions to deal with delays or emergencies, and conferring with supervisory personnel and clients to discuss work procedures and construction problems.
• Additionally, you will direct and supervise workers, assigning tasks to General Foremen, and interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients.

Essential Functions:

• Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with clients and contractors

• Take actions to deal with delays or emergencies

Other Functions/SUCCESS FACTORS:

• Administration and Management: Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
• Building and Construction: Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction, including dehumidification, heating, ventilation, rigging, 'Right to Know' laws, environmental regulations, waste handling, and other related information.
