Responsibilities:
  • Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or other wholesale use
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Work in a cold/refrigerated environment
  • Operate knives and other equipment
  • Meet quality and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a meat processing environment
  • Ability to work in a cold/refrigerated environment
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Work Environment:
