Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile and a friendly attitude.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure we have a wide variety of options for our guests.
- Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently to meet their needs.
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs to prepare for service.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a physically demanding environment.
- Reliability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
