About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to join our team at Jain Dentistry Professional Corporation. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance and Sterilization
    • Administer tests using equipment, instruct patients on test procedures, and record results, and monitor, check and calibrate auditory equipment
    • Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition
  • Support to Healthcare Professionals
    • Assist healthcare professionals with various tasks, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Patient Care and Treatment
    • Follow through on treatment programs with patients, ensuring their needs are met and their care is coordinated
  • Inventory Management and Supply Chain
    • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, ensuring they are properly stocked and organized
    • Order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring timely delivery and installation
  • Office Administration
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow
    • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
