We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team at Perfect Care Nursing Agency Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and prepare reports to management.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and other spreadsheet software.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
