Job Description

This role involves leading strategic operations as part of our senior leadership team. Key responsibilities include setting goals, providing inspired leadership, and ensuring internal policies support EAC values and effectiveness.

The Associate Director of Operations plays a crucial role in strengthening our capacity through collaborative efforts with staff and volunteers. This position has four direct reports and supports a team of 50+ employees.


Responsibilities
  1. Leading operational strategy and implementing tactical plans
  2. Mentoring and advising senior leadership
  3. Managing and supporting a team, including employees and volunteers

This role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, and experience navigating conflict. The ideal candidate will be an action-oriented leader who thrives in complex environments and promotes diversity and inclusion.


Benefits
