Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the site is safe and clean, and performing various tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction process by performing tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
  • Ensure the site is safe and clean by performing pre-operational inspections and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Operate equipment such as cranes, gantry cranes, and locomotive cranes to load and unload materials and assist in the construction process.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the equipment is in good working condition.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding, tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
