Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Assurance Manager to lead and execute client engagements across various private industries and not-for-profits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and assurance, with the ability to plan and lead teams, promote firm expertise, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute client engagements, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional client service
  • Develop and implement effective audit and assurance strategies, leveraging expertise in CAS Audits, CSRE 2400, ASPE, and ASNPO
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure their growth and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, communicating updates to the team and clients

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • CPA designation with experience in audit and assurance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
