**Job Summary**

We are currently seeking a qualified Mental Health Worker to join our residential care team. This role involves providing direct care and support to adolescents in a residential setting, promoting their emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the admission process for new residents and maintain awareness of each individual's needs.
  • Contribute to the development of treatment plans through written reports and discussions with the treatment team.
  • Organize recreational activities that foster positive experiences during leisure time.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and daily care of living facilities.
  • Supervise personal hygiene routines and manage clothing, household supplies, and equipment.
  • Provide transportation as approved Agency Authorized Driver.
  • Remain alert and available for assistance.

**Requirements:**

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with experience working with adolescents in a residential or clinical setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team.
