Gas Station Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Gas Bar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our gas bar, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and assign tasks to sales workers to ensure efficient operation of the gas bar.
- Order Merchandise: Place orders for merchandise and supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service and promote sales of merchandise.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising reports, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
- Manage Cash: Handle cash transactions and maintain a secure and accurate cash handling system.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate and provide feedback to sales workers to improve performance.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Work Under Pressure: Manage stress and pressure in a high-volume sales environment.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of job responsibilities.
- Walking and Standing: Perform tasks that require walking and standing for extended periods.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and focus on meeting customer needs.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to Multitask: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

- 7 Months to Less Than 1 Year: Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is an asset.
