Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr QA Engineer to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our online bill payment services.
Key Responsibilities- Manually test UI, API, Database, and Batch jobs to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Leadership, Development, Customer Support, and Implementation, to define and test application changes, enhancements, and defects.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
