About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our team at Coop. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop end-to-end features for our mobile applications
  • Write clean, understandable, and testable code
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other developers in an Agile environment
  • Champion technical and functional improvements within the app to stay on the cutting edge of technology
  • Have a direct impact on the product
  • Solve complex technical challenges
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in Android development
  • Experience with Kotlin
  • Experience creating custom UI elements and creating a rich, interactive UX
  • Experience using AndroidX libraries
  • Experience with dependency injection frameworks
  • Solid understanding of modern software architectures
  • Knowledge of mobile network communication
Nice to Have
  • Experience writing unit tests
  • Experience with Jetpack Compose
  • Experience with GraphQL
  • Experience with writing UI unit tests
  • Experience in mobile devOps, CI/CD
  • Experience with profiling, troubleshooting, and optimizing app performance
