About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the meat department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers in the meat department
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering stock as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail business setting
- Retail business environment with regular exposure to cold storage areas
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and a dynamic work environment.
