Electrical Supervisor

Green Lantern Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, supervising workers, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate electrical projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
- Train and mentor junior electricians, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Coordinate and schedule activities, ensuring effective resource allocation and minimizing downtime.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, fostering a positive and professional image for Green Lantern Electrical.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Steel-toed safety boots and hard hat.
- Construction Electrician Trade Certification and CSTS Certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
