Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dairy Frozen Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with the sale of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zoning and Stock Management
    • Zone the department to ensure a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate shopping experience for customers.
    • Rotate stock to ensure that products are facing forward and easily accessible.
    • Check for expired products and remove them from the shelves.
  • Merchandise Management
    • Ensure that merchandise is properly signed and priced.
    • Adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Dairy and Frozen departments.
    • Keep the area neat, clean, and free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
