In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, including performing routine cleaning tasks, minor repairs, and supervising other workers.

Responsibilities:
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances to prevent equipment failure
  • Supervise other workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to maintain aesthetic appeal
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain hygiene standards
  • Work with minimal supervision to demonstrate independence and self-motivation
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safety
Requirements:
