Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Canadian Stud Welding & Supply Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Shipping Method: Research and select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping method for our goods, taking into account factors such as weight, size, and destination.
  • Schedule Distribution: Coordinate with our suppliers and customers to schedule the delivery of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Create and manage all necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Route Goods: Ensure that goods are properly routed to their destination, using our warehouse management system to track and manage inventory.
  • Process Payments: Handle all payment transactions related to the shipment of goods, including receiving and processing payments from customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Initiative, organized, and ability to work independently
