Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a professional team to provide services in Foster Homes and the community.
  • Provide scheduled, goal-focused services to families and individuals.
  • Develop goal-focused activities and maintain accurate case notes and reports.
  • Transport children/youth while providing services.
Requirements:
  • Certificate or diploma in a social service discipline.
  • Experience providing services to children/youth and/or families with various needs.
  • Current Verbal De-escalation Certification and CPR/First Aid.
  • Knowledge of FASD, ODD, autism, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and other diagnoses.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
