Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Clerk - Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join our team at The Hiring Partner Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, invoicing clients, performing clerical duties, and preparing reports.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires on-site work. You must be able to work at our physical location, as remote work is not an option.

Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Invoice clients
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems
  • Prepare reports
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word
  • Familiarity with PCLaw in the Cloud

Our estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 to $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and your level of experience.
