Job Title: Paper Converting Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Paper Converting Machine Operator to join our team at Transtech Trade Corp.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating paper converting machines to produce high-quality paper products. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate paper converting machines to produce paper products
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Set up machines for production runs
  • Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment
  • Monitor production quality and make adjustments as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a manufacturing environment with a team of experienced professionals. The work site is noisy, and the candidate must be able to wear steel-toed safety boots.
