• Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure safe and efficient medication management
• Contribute to a culture of safety and respect within the hospital

• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited university
• Ontario College of Pharmacists registration in good standing
• Practical training under the supervision of a pharmacist
• Hospital experience required, Meditech experience an asset

• Competitive salary: $48.21-$64.50 per hour
