Meat Processing Specialist

Work Setting
- The work will take place in a meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment.
Responsibilities
- Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or other wholesale use.
- Remove bones from meat.
Equipment and Machinery Experience
- Cleavers are used in this role.
- Knives are used in this position.
- Power cutting tools are utilized.
- Saws are used.
- Stunning devices may be used.
