Employment Services Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Employment Services Officer to join our team at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing education and employment services to clients, including education and experience assessments, job matching, and career development planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct education and experience assessments to determine client eligibility for employment services
- Match clients with job opportunities based on their skills and experience
- Develop and implement career development plans to help clients achieve their employment goals
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the employment process
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of education and employment systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2 years of experience in education and employment services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
