About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at 2826928 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our construction operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit production and other reports to ensure accurate tracking of project progress and milestones.
  • Team Supervision: Direct and supervise a team of 1 to 2 workers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and ensure timely completion.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish methods to monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Experience in residential construction is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
