Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Load and unload dishwashers, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, maintaining a well-organized storage area
  • Handle and store cleaning products, adhering to safety protocols
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, as needed
Requirements:
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive tasks
  • Reliability, team player, and ability to multitask
