About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Technical Program Management to join our team at Loblaw Digital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of technical programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of technical program managers and coordinators to ensure successful delivery of technical programs and projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define and implement technical program management strategies and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to technical program managers and coordinators to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver their programs and projects.
  • Develop and manage technical program management budgets and resource plans.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with technical programs and projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical program management metrics and reporting.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical programs and projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of technical program managers and coordinators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with technical programs and projects.
  • Experience with technical program management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate technical program management strategies and processes to senior leaders.
