About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscaper to join our team at Calgary Landscape Maintenance (1998) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens, ensuring optimal growth and health.
  • Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides and other lawn care products to maintain a healthy and safe environment.
  • Perform various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas and injecting with treatment solutions to maintain the appearance and integrity of lawns and gardens.
  • Assess the health of lawns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens, including cutting grass and cleaning snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Equipment and Machinery Experience
  • Snowblower operation and maintenance.
  • Roto-tiller operation and maintenance.
  • Lawn mower operation and maintenance.
  • Trimmer operation and maintenance.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with varying weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Manual dexterity to perform tasks that require precision and attention to detail.
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks that require flexibility.
Weight Handling
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
