Job Summary

Bell Canada is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Granby, Quebec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers, helping them find the right devices, technologies, and plans to meet their connectivity needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right devices, technologies, and plans to meet their needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on new technologies and services, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Fluency in French is required for positions in Quebec.
