Transportation Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Operations Manager to join our team at All Right Trucking 99 Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our transportation department.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Staff Management
We are looking for a professional who can recruit, train, and supervise a team of transportation staff to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics operations.
Financial ManagementYou will be responsible for managing the finances and budget of our transportation department, ensuring that we are operating within our means and making the most of our resources.
Shipping and ComplianceOur ideal candidate will have experience in arranging shipping documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations, as well as establishing and implementing policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
Negotiation and SchedulingYou will be responsible for negotiating with service providers and scheduling the dispatching of vehicles and goods, as well as overseeing the planning and organization of daily operations.
Support for Diverse Groups- Support for Newcomers and Refugees
We are committed to supporting newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disasters. Our ideal candidate will be able to develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
