About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering team at Saltworks Technologies Inc, a global leader in advanced industrial desalination and lithium refining. As a Laboratory and Pilot Plant Team Lead, you will lead a high-performing team of chemists and test engineers and play a key role in driving innovation and solving environmental challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the pilot team and make key decisions on project execution.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry, 8-10 years of experience in laboratory management or pilot plant operations, and strong leadership skills in managing people/teams. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
