We are currently looking for a skilled individual to fill the position of Associate Financial Advisor/Financial Planner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our fast-paced Advisory team by ensuring clients receive exceptional service. This includes having at least two years of previous experience, ideally within a financial services firm, as well as excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively provide client service, working collaboratively with various departments to ensure smooth and timely solutions.
  • Respond to client account inquiries and take ownership of follow-ups.
  • Identify opportunities for asset consolidation and referrals across the existing client base.
  • Provide trading and/or portfolio rebalancing support.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships by liaising with clients, responding to requests, and demonstrating proactive problem solving.
  • Support clients' administrative and trade requests in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients and respond to requests for information.
  • Schedule appointments, prepare for meetings, and follow-up.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must have approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO.
  • Completed the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course.
  • Hold a university degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to provide world-class client service.
  • Strong sense of ethics and integrity.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficient in business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
