Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy and operations at Blazesoft. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and representing the organization in negotiations and official functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Manage finances or budget
  • Internal audit
Supervision

The Chief Financial Officer will supervise a team of 5-10 people.

Area of Work Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in management and taxation.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The Chief Financial Officer will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and will require attention to detail and the ability to manage a large workload.

The successful candidate will be accurate, efficient, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be organized and able to make sound judgments.
